Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment? J&T Express is currently seeking a highly motivated Staff Claim to join our dedicated operations team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our claims management process, ensuring that every delivery issue is documented, tracked, and resolved with precision.

As a Staff Claim, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reputation of J&T Express. You will act as the bridge between our operations, customer service teams, and the end-users, ensuring that all reported shipment issues are addressed promptly. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in data reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Create and maintain daily reports regarding problematic shipments from various reporting channels (Complaint, Call Center, and internal departments).
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to investigate root causes of shipment irregularities.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties to ensure all claim documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Analyze trends in delivery issues and provide actionable insights to the management team to improve service quality.
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding shipment status and compensation processes professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all reporting tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, preferably from Logistics, Business Administration, or Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics claim processing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for reporting and data management).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing high-volume data requests.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
