Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accurate salary calculations and incentive distributions for 500+ employees
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration and compliance
- Develop and maintain payroll reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Process monthly payroll recaps and provide financial analytics to leadership
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs
- Contribute to annual salary benchmarking and benefits optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of payroll/benefits experience in logistics/retail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros, data modeling)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PP 78/2015, BPJS regulations)
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication abilities
