Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze production costs across departments to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement cost control strategies aligned with company objectives
- Prepare monthly variance reports comparing actual vs. budgeted expenses
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts for cost efficiency
- Conduct regular audits of operational expenses to ensure compliance
- Forecast future cost trends and recommend proactive measures
- Train department heads on cost management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost accounting/manufacturing finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
