Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) accurately for all manufacturing operations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the company.
- Monitor and control daily operational expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Perform variance analysis between actual costs and budgeted figures to identify trends.
- Collaborate closely with the production and procurement departments to gather necessary cost data.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports related to costing and budgeting.
- Ensure all costing data is recorded accurately in the financial system.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in costing, budgeting, or financial accounting within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
