In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our data-driven transformation. You will be responsible for processing company data to generate sophisticated reports, interactive dashboards, and deep-dive insights. Your primary goal is to provide data-backed recommendations that optimize our sales effectiveness and operational decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase) to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict sales trends and customer behavior.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reporting to support management in data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth through data insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on underperforming sectors to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms and company databases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a data science role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Experience building interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
