Macquarie Group is seeking a visionary Staff Engineer (Cyber Security) to join our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) technology team in Indonesia. In this high-impact role, you will lead the architecture, engineering, and operation of our workload identity infrastructure at scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and manage large-scale workload identity infrastructure to ensure secure, resilient access across distributed systems.
- Lead the development and implementation of security engineering initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services division.
- Automate security provisioning processes to reduce manual overhead and enhance the security posture of cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with global security architecture teams to integrate identity governance into our CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and security-first engineering.
- Analyze complex security threats and translate them into actionable engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global security regulations and internal risk management policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure security, with significant expertise in identity management systems.
- Proven track record of managing workload identity infrastructure (e.g., SPIFFE/SPIRE, OIDC, or similar identity frameworks) at scale.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, particularly within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java with a focus on writing secure, maintainable code.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to lead large-scale technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
