- Lead technical design and implementation of low-level architectures for priority initiatives
- Develop and enforce coding standards, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain quality standards
- Optimize developer workflows through tooling improvements and process enhancements
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
- Drive innovation in developer tooling and platform capabilities
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in senior/Staff roles
- Expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or similar)
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical debt and innovation
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical culture change
- Understanding of financial systems or high-availability environments preferred
