Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain technical systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for management review.
- Support project lifecycle management from initial planning through to final execution.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven work experience in an engineering staff role or similar technical capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical optimization.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and modern collaborative digital tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
