In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our production facility layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency, safety, and workflow optimization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute facility layout designs to optimize production workflow and material handling.
- Analyze existing production floor utilization and recommend improvements to increase output efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure all facility installations meet safety and technical standards.
- Maintain and update engineering drawings, blueprints, and facility layout documentation using CAD software.
- Monitor equipment placement and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Support facility upgrade projects from the planning phase through to final implementation.
- Troubleshoot facility-related bottlenecks to ensure seamless production operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility planning, factory layout, or industrial engineering roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar layout design software.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production floor optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with shop-floor teams and management.
