Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end export-import documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS
- Manage supply chain logistics for cross-border shipments
- Analyze trade costs and optimize shipping routes
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and compliance documents
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on international shipments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years of EXIM operations experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CLE, CSCP) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
