Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation including customs forms, shipping invoices, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely clearance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve customs clearance issues, tariff inquiries, and shipping delays
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and trade regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
