PT Dwi Indah is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff EXIM (Export-Import) to join our growing team in Gunung Putri, West Java. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipment data and trade transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of customs declarations and resolve any clearance discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal departments to align shipping schedules with production and sales targets.
- Monitor global market trends to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in EXIM operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and export/import procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards is a plus.
