Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete export-import documentation including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipping partners
- Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesia communication for trade negotiations and client relations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination, resolving logistical delays
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry preferred
