Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and tariffs
- Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping permits
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve customs clearance issues
- Maintain accurate trade compliance records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze logistics costs and suggest optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of export/import operations experience
- Proficiency in customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
