Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation processes including customs declarations and permits
- Coordinate with logistics vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities (Bea Cukai)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Indonesian customs procedures
- Prepare and submit PPJK documentation and other trade-related paperwork
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve clearance delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and compliance documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods across borders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or customs compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (Bea Cukai) and trade procedures
- Proficiency in logistics documentation systems and customs clearance software
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with third-party logistics providers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
