Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation including customs declarations, shipping bills, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods
- Monitor international shipments and resolve logistical delays through proactive communication
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, tariff codes, and trade agreements
- Maintain accurate records of import/export activities and prepare compliance reports
- Liaise with government agencies (BP Batam, Bea Cukai) for permits and regulatory approvals
- Analyze logistics costs and recommend optimization strategies for international shipments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs compliance
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs procedures and trade documentation systems
- Strong English communication skills for international correspondence
- Advanced knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and shipping terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple documentation deadlines
- Problem-solving skills for addressing customs clearance issues
