Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation including customs clearance, shipping manifests, and compliance paperwork
- Coordinate with international suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of furniture products
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, resolving logistical issues and maintaining supply chain visibility
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements for furniture shipments
- Negotiate contracts and terms with shipping partners, customs brokers, and international vendors
- Maintain accurate digital records of all import/export transactions, costs, and documentation
- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export/import operations, preferably in furniture or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders across cultures
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex documentation requirements
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
