Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial administration, transactions, and reporting for property projects
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and documentation

- Monitor project budgets and identify financial risks or discrepancies
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
