Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental expenses
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial documentation and compliance with accounting standards
- Contribute to process improvements in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in distribution or retail industry preferred
