Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices and tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) for clients and vendors in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports to relevant authorities.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy access and audit purposes.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and correctly.
- Support the finance team during internal audits and external financial reviews.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, invoicing procedures, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
