Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily vendor invoices with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare necessary supporting schedules.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and invoice queries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.
- Support the finance team with general accounting duties and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Payable, General Ledger, or a similar finance role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Good understanding of basic tax regulations and BPJS procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
