Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and transactions with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements and regulatory reports
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile financial discrepancies
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax and accounting standards
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
