Join Kalindo Land's dynamic finance team as a Staff Finance/Accounting professional. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accurate data analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining financial documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and processes for operational efficiency
- Support tax compliance activities including VAT returns and annual tax filings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting role, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A) is advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
