Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely transaction processing
- Conduct internal audits and financial compliance checks against regulatory standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
