Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with Indonesian accounting standards
- Conduct financial audits and ensure robust internal controls implementation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Assist in developing financial policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
