Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and record daily financial journal transactions accurately and in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage the end-to-end tax process, including the preparation of data and documentation for monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh, PPN).
- Conduct routine financial data reconciliations to ensure balance sheet accuracy.
- Support the finance department in preparing monthly financial reports and budget variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all financial transactions are supported by proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.
