Join Trust Recruit as a Staff Finance Accounting & Tax (FAT) professional in our dynamic manufacturing division. This critical role ensures financial integrity and regulatory compliance while driving strategic insights for sustainable growth. You will maintain meticulous financial records, prepare accurate financial statements, and oversee complex account reconciliations. As a key partner to leadership, you'll support internal/external audits, manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, and deliver actionable financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with GAAP and Indonesian regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Lead account reconciliations for bank accounts, payables, receivables, and intercompany transactions
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation and resolution of findings
- Manage tax compliance including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure analysis
- Optimize financial processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent preferred
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
