Tanggung Jawab
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoice issuance and distribution to customers.
- Monitoring and tracking customer payments, ensuring timely collections in accordance with company credit terms.
- Performing daily bank reconciliations to ensure all incoming payments are accurately recorded in the financial system.
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolving any billing disputes or inquiries.
- Maintaining precise financial records and preparing regular aging reports for management review.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Warehouse teams to verify shipping and delivery documentation for accurate invoicing.
- Assisting in month-end closing activities and providing data for financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance/accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Deep understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and general accounting cycles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholder interactions.
