Adi Pragata is seeking a dedicated Staff Finance AP to join our dynamic finance team. As a key contributor to our accounts payable operations, you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintain financial records, and optimize payment cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve payment issues
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of AP operations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
