Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accurate analysis
- Manage tax compliance including PPh, PPN, and annual tax returns filing
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct financial audits and internal control reviews for construction projects
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational departments
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Implement financial policies aligned with Indonesian accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A/B) or CPA preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and construction industry accounting
- Experience with project cost accounting and inventory management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
