Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of laboratory staff
  • Administer HR documentation including employment contracts, performance reviews, and personnel files
  • Coordinate general affairs functions including office maintenance, procurement, and facility management
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
  • Manage payroll processing support and benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR or general affairs experience in healthcare/laboratory setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience with recruitment processes and talent management strategies
