Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of laboratory staff
- Administer HR documentation including employment contracts, performance reviews, and personnel files
- Coordinate general affairs functions including office maintenance, procurement, and facility management
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Manage payroll processing support and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR or general affairs experience in healthcare/laboratory setting preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with recruitment processes and talent management strategies
