Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and assist in developing HR strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create and update HR documentation, employee handbooks, and policy manuals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
