Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct performance appraisals and assist in developing HR strategies to improve employee retention.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and update HR documentation, employee handbooks, and policy manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
