Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Oversee HR documentation compliance and data management systems
- Support compensation & benefits administration and payroll processes
- Conduct workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
