As a key player in our administrative department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring smooth employee relations.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about people management and eager to contribute to a dynamic furniture manufacturing environment. This contract position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Manage employee records, maintain personnel files, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Support payroll administration by verifying attendance and processing basic HR data.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, team building activities, and performance evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
