Artha Mulia Trijaya is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff HRD to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and effectively.

You will play a key role in supporting our workforce through efficient data management, meticulous payroll processing, and end-to-end recruitment support. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee databases with high accuracy to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide comprehensive support for monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking and overtime calculations.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance, leave requests, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for management review.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and operational projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and attendance management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
