Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development
  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, documentation, and facility maintenance
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, budgets, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and administrative matters

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and general administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
