Tanggung Jawab
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development
- Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, documentation, and facility maintenance
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
- Assist in preparing HR reports, budgets, and strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and administrative matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and general administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
