Join the dynamic team at Rapi Trans Logistics Indonesia as a dedicated Staff HRD Generalis specializing in Placement. We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to manage our recruitment and talent acquisition needs, specifically supporting operations in Cikarang and Surabaya.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our workforce requirements and top-tier talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end placement process, ensuring that we secure the right personnel for our transport and logistics services. This position requires a highly motivated professional who is not only skilled in Human Resources management but also possesses the negotiation abilities and willingness to travel essential for this dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for placement.
- Coordinate job placement activities and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers in Cikarang and Surabaya.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Monitor employee attendance records and perform general HR administrative duties.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has a valid SIM A and SIM C driving license and is willing to travel for business purposes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively persuade and engage candidates.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple recruitment tasks.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport, or the Recruitment industry is highly preferred.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for building relationships with people.
