Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation compliance
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management systems and training programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS platforms
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination and employee relations
