Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Handle HR administration tasks including personnel records management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company HR policies
- Support performance management systems through goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and evaluations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or development roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
