Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement employee training & development programs
- Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment and onboarding
- Develop performance management systems and succession planning
- Conduct HR compliance audits and policy development
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide strategic HR insights
- Coordinate with department heads on talent development needs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HRD experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003)
- Experience with HRIS implementation and data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified in HR development (CHRP/SHRM-CP) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
