Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with organizational goals
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement programs
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Conduct workforce analysis and succession planning to support long-term talent needs
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR development or talent management
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred
