Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement programs
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct workforce analysis and succession planning to support long-term talent needs
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR development or talent management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred
