We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Import Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Surabaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs clearance, shipping manifests, and compliance certificates
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays proactively
- Maintain accurate import databases and prepare monthly operational reports
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies
- Liaise with internal warehouse teams for seamless material receipt and inventory management
- Optimize import routes and negotiate with carriers to reduce transportation costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in construction materials
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs procedures (BEAC/BP Batam) and import documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data tracking) and logistics software
- Certification in logistics or customs procedures is an advantage
