Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the procurement team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintaining and updating the inventory management system and spreadsheets with real-time data.
- Assisting in the receiving, processing, and verification of incoming goods and shipments.
- Preparing and analyzing inventory variance reports to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the logistics and warehouse team to streamline operations and improve storage efficiency.
- Managing stock records, tagging items, and ensuring proper labeling within the warehouse.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and stock control systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
