This critical role ensures seamless supply chain functionality by maintaining optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts, and minimizing excess carrying costs. You'll implement rigorous inventory control protocols, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems. Your analytical expertise will drive data-driven decisions to enhance stock accuracy, support production schedules, and meet customer demand efficiently. Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize storage utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through systematic cycle counts and physical audits
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with production and sales forecasts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory data, generate reports, and support decision-making
- Develop and maintain inventory documentation including stock records, reports, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience in conducting physical inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO, JIT) and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
