Surya Pangan is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Inventory Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate stock management, analyzing inventory data, and generating insightful reports. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing stock counts, reconciling physical inventory with system records, and identifying trends to optimize stock levels. You will work closely with the warehouse and procurement departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) to ensure 100% accuracy of stock records.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly inventory reports to management.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all inventory documents.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or data analysis is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
