We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff IT (Backend Developer) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design high-performance database architectures, implement complex business logic, and maintain critical systems that support our pharmaceutical supply chain. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is passionate about clean code and cutting-edge backend technologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services to support company applications.
- Design and optimize complex database schemas to ensure high data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and logical workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance system functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development processes and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams regarding system usage and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in backend development or a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, or Node.js).
- Expert knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) or containerization (Docker) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
