Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure system stability and optimal performance of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
- Execute regular maintenance, updates, and security patches across all IT systems
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting to all company divisions
- Monitor system health, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive solutions
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge management
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects and system enhancements
- Manage user access controls and maintain compliance with security policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and support
- Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server/Linux) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, security protocols, and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in diagnosing hardware/software issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with outstanding communication abilities
