Join Petra Sejahtera Abadi's dynamic IT team as a Staff IT Networking Engineer and become instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust network infrastructure. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in enterprise networking technologies to ensure seamless connectivity across our organization. You will be responsible for architecting and optimizing network solutions that support critical business operations while maintaining the highest standards of security and performance.
As a key technical leader, you'll work with cutting-edge networking equipment including Mikrotik, Cisco, and HPE platforms. Your responsibilities will extend to complex VLAN configurations, sophisticated IP subnetting strategies, and advanced routing protocols. Additionally, you'll deploy and manage VoIP systems to enhance our communication infrastructure, ensuring crystal-clear voice connectivity for all stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and optimize Mikrotik, Cisco, and HPE network devices
- Design and implement VLAN configurations, IP subnetting schemes, and routing protocols
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP telephony systems
- Monitor network performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document network architectures and create technical operation manuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects
- Ensure 99.9% network uptime through proactive maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise networking
- Expertise in Mikrotik, Cisco, and HPE network hardware
- Advanced knowledge of VLAN, IP subnetting, and routing protocols
- Proven experience with VoIP system implementation and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or Mikrotik MTCNA) preferred
