Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain various laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, and pressing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold garments according to fabric type and customer specifications
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, and special treatment requirements
- Apply appropriate detergents, stain removers, and fabric softeners for different types of fabrics
- Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure timely completion of laundry services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all laundry operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in laundry services or garment care is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and understand different fabric care requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting laundry items
- Basic knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate washing methods
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
