Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on maritime and commercial matters to operational departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international maritime regulations.
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments for new projects and business expansions.
- Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and external legal representation coordination.
- Collaborate with HR and management on corporate governance and internal policy matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) with a specialization in Maritime, Commercial, or Shipping Law.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Commercial Law and Labor Law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment with tight deadlines.
